Add Meta Ads plugin

Meta has an official hosted ads MCP server at https://mcp.facebook.com/ads, but there is no plugin for it yet.

Changes

• Add a meta-ads plugin in third_party/meta-ads/. Meta does not accept dynamic client registration from Cursor, so mcp.json supplies Cursor's Meta app ID (1854843612533787) as a pre-registered client. A Meta app ID is public, and there is no client secret.
• Users sign in through Facebook Login for Business and pick the business portfolios and ad accounts to share.
• Add a logo (Meta's mark in #0081FB on a white tile), a README, a CHANGELOG, and a LICENSE.
• List the plugin after x-ads in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and the main README table.

Notes

• Cursor's Meta app is in development mode. Until it goes Live, only people with a role on the app can sign in.
• Before going Live, check that the Meta app's valid OAuth redirect URIs list only Cursor's return addresses, since the app ID is public.
• Meta calls the server beta and rolls it out per ad account and per tool. The server can write, including campaigns and budgets, so the README tells users to review every tool call.
• Checked the server: without sign-in it returns 401 and points to https://www.facebook.com/ads as the sign-in server.
• node scripts/validate-plugins.mjs passes.
• Not yet tested: a full sign-in from Cursor.

Overview
Adds a new Meta Ads Cursor plugin so agents can use Meta’s hosted ads MCP at https://mcp.facebook.com/ads for campaigns, ads, audiences, catalogs, and insights.

The new third_party/meta-ads/ package includes the plugin manifest, mcp.json with Cursor’s pre-registered Meta app CLIENT_ID (no dynamic client registration), plus README, CHANGELOG, LICENSE, and logo. meta-ads is registered in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and the root README plugin table, listed after x-ads. Sign-in is documented as Facebook Login for Business with user-selected business portfolios and ad accounts.
