About Me
I'm Vitali, an open source developer building tools that make AI and software development work better together. My best known project is Code-Graph-RAG, but it sits alongside a whole family of projects I build and maintain, from a Rust terminal editor to GPU kernels.
What I'm Building
- Code-Graph-RAG: the ultimate RAG for your monorepo. It uses Tree-sitter and knowledge graphs to let you query, understand, and edit multi-language codebases in natural language, with semantic code search and MCP integration with Claude Code.
- croft: a VSCode-style TUI editor written in Rust (docs.croft.software), complete with its own vetted extension index, croft-extensions.
- pr-split: decompose large pull requests into a DAG of small, reviewable PRs.
- speculant-graph: a novel speculative decoding framework where the graph drafts and the LLM verifies.
- quadbit: the only deployed sparse FP4 GEMM on SM120. It beats CUTLASS 80b on every shape and wins end-to-end request latency in 81 of 112 serving regimes vs dense NVFP4.
- website2pdf: a web-to-PDF crawler for any depth.
- llm-shell: natural language queries for shell commands in your zsh terminal, 100% private via a local Ollama LLM.
- u7: Universal 7, shell commands designed for both humans and AI.
Plus smaller utilities like min-loc (a Claude Code pre-hook enforcing minimum lines of code) and LinuxWhisper (shortcut-triggered local Whisper transcription for Linux).
Why Sponsorship Matters
100% of sponsorship funds go directly into development. Your support helps me:
- Ship new features and improvements faster across all my projects
- Maintain quality with tests, security audits, and CI/CD
- Keep everything free and open source for everyone
- Work toward going full-time on open source
How Sponsorship Works
There are no tiers and no goals here. You decide how much to donate and what it should fund. Sponsor any amount, one-time or monthly, and if you want it to go toward a specific project or feature, just let me know and that is where it will go.
